SPORTS & SWEDISH MASSAGE PRACTITIONER
PRACTITIONER INFORMATION
Fiona Pritchard is a fully-qualified Massage Therapist and has been practising for over two years. Clients see her at her clinic at Brighton & Hove Therapies in Poet's Corner, Hove, on Wednesday afternoons and evenings.
After achieving a qualification in Swedish Massage at Brighton & Hove City College, Fiona then decided to specialise in Sports Therapy. She studied and qualified in Sports Massage at Wilbury School of Natural Therapy in Brighton.
Fiona has a keen interest in health and fitness, and regularly attends British Military Fitness sessions, so she is fully aware of how the human body is affected by exercise. From her own experience, both as a client and a therapist, she has learnt how Sports Massage can not only help prevent injury, but can improve sports performance and aid recovery from soft tissue injuries.
Fiona's qualifications include a Diploma at Level 3 in Swedish Massage (VTCT) and a Diploma at Level 3 in Sports Massage (ITEC).
