Julie Cleasby is a clinical hypnotherapist who gained her diploma with the Brief Strategic Therapy Foundation (www.bstfoundation.co.uk), London. She is also trained in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Solution Focused Therapy, Performace Coaching and Advanced Certificate Hypnosis in Fertility . Julie is a HypnoBirthing® Practitioner and runs courses for women and their partners during pregnancy.

Julie has many years’ experience of working with personal development coaching with individuals and groups. She has worked extensively with issues relating to self-confidence and self esteem from both a personal and work perspective. She is also experienced in supporting individuals with a range of stress-related issues and families in crisis.

Julie is a qualified nurse and has worked in the NHS for over a decade in various senior roles.

Julie uses an effective eclectic therapeutic approach to help clients get the most out of their lives.
