Thomas Larkin MA (Integrative Psychotherapy), UKCP accredited
Thomas trained at the Minster Centre in London, and integrates
Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Bodywork and CBT (Cognitive
Behaviour Therapy) forms of therapy. He uses these models to tailor
therapy to each individual.
Thomas has a master's degree in psychotherapy/counselling, a
post-qualifying certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a
degree in psychology and humanities, and a post-graduate certificate in
Education (PGCE).
He has specialist training and experience in working with anxiety,
depression, trauma, relationships, bereavement, body-based
psychological problems or psychosomatic problems, eating disorders,
difficult transition periods, among others.
Thomas is particularly interested in integrating his psychotherapuetic
bodywork with yoga. He has taught yoga for 13 years. He conducts
Psychotherapyyoga workshops in Brighton on Saturday mornings. (See

Thomas is a fully accredited member of the United Kingdom Council for
Psychotherapy (UKCP) and is bound by its Ethical Framework for good
practice. He is also in regular supervision to develop this practice
and is fully insured.

Each session with Thomas (50min) is charged at £37.
